REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All orders are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Once your order is placed, it immediately begins the process of being custom-made specifically for you.
Additionally, any order associated with sweepstakes entries is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once placed, sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes management agency and cannot be withdrawn, modified, or reversed under any circumstance.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following categories:

Gift cards
- Digital products

Custom or made-to-order items

Sale items or promotional bundles
- Items purchased outside of our official website
- Any item worn, washed, used, or without original packaging and tags
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

The product is unworn, unused, unwashed

It includes all original tags and packaging

The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

Proof of purchase or order number is provided
If your product is eligible for a return due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, please email info@robgalar.com with clear photos of the issue. Upon verification, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.
Refunds (Only If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved:

The refund will be issued only for the product price

Shipping and taxes are not refundable, as they are processed and paid at the time of shipment through third-party providers and government tax channels. These charges are non-recoverable by our store.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the return. It may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your funds, contact us at info@robgalar.com.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@robgalar.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a fair resolution, including the option to return the item and place a new order if applicable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of being placed — and only if production has not yet started.

Once the order enters production, it cannot be canceled, edited, or changed in any way.

Within this 24-hour window, customers may also update their shipping address or product size by contacting info@robgalar.com immediately.

After 24 hours, all orders are locked for processing.

No cancellations or refunds will be honored after this period, unless the product is defective or incorrect as outlined above.
High-Risk or Duplicate Orders
For your protection, orders flagged as high-risk or duplicated by Shopify may be automatically canceled and refunded.
