Order Processing Times
All products in our store are made to order, which means they are custom produced specifically for each customer. For that reason, please allow 4 to 6 business days for order processing before shipment. Important Note:

Choosing expedited shipping does not reduce the production or processing time.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.
Shipping Costs & Method
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

We currently ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package has been handed off to USPS, delivery times and tracking updates are managed exclusively by the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times

United States & Puerto Rico: 3 to 10 business days after shipping

International Orders: 10 to 20 business days after shipping
- South America, Middle East and Asia Orders estimate delivery is from 1 to 3 months once shipped.
Please note that these are estimates provided by USPS and not guaranteed delivery windows.
Peak Seasons & Holiday Delays
During peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas, store drops, and holidays like Father’s Day or Mother’s Day or others, order processing may take longer than usual. We encourage you to place orders early if purchasing for a special occasion, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Tracking & Shipment Status
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation.

ROBGALAR does not monitor orders manually; all available tracking info is provided directly to you.
Please use your tracking number to follow your package through the USPS website or app.
Address Issues & Returns
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, your package may be returned to us. In that case:
- You will be responsible for paying the reshipping costs.
- This will result in a delay in receiving your order.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
USPS Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed to USPS:
- ROBGALAR is not responsible for delays, damage, theft, or loss.

Any claims must be submitted directly to USPS.
We will gladly provide any supporting documentation needed to help you file a claim.
These incidents do not entitle the customer to cancellations or refunds through ROBGALAR, as shipping control is outside our operations.
International Orders
International shipments may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs clearance process. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.
- We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
